What time is check-in/ check-out?We are always keen to ensure the cottage is ready for your stay so we ask guests to check in no earlier than 3pm on the day of arrival and to check out no later than 11am on the day of departure.

Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?You are more than welcome to arrive earlier or stay later providing we don’t have anyone leaving or joining us either side of your dates so feel free to check a few days before you arrive and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

Is parking available?Yes there is ample, secure off street parking.

Do you have wheelchair access?Yes, Hodder and Ribble Cottages are narrow wheelchair accessible have double bi-fold doors, double walk in showers including a shower seat and moveable grip rails. However we do not offer full accessibility facilities.

Can I bring my petsNo pets allowed in Hodder and Ribble Cottage but Calder Cottage is now dog friendly (2 dogs maximum) for an additional fee of £10 per dog per night.

Can I smoke?Smoking is not permitted in the cottages but is allowed outside or in our garden room.

Can I get groceries delivered?Yes, if you'd like to order any online groceries or shopping during your stay, we can allow access for deliveries as long as you're in the cottage to receive them.
